I think most of our club will like this a lot. We have our annual meeting in 3 weeks so I will propose it at that. I think there will be some requests to tweak the text a bit, so will reply if that is the case, but I think the overall design will be very popular, thanks

    Apologies for the long delay, we have had a long discussion in the club about the design for our next kit, and even the club name! It has now been agreed though that we would like to proceed with this design, but with just a few small changes:

1 - Please could we change the text from "jericho" to "VCJ oxford". I think this could look nice with the "VCJ" large, so that it takes up the same width as the "oxford". Please see the new attached images for the suggestion - we are happy to take your design advice on this though!
2 - Please can we change the font of the text so it better matches the large "J" logo, (which has the "jericho" text inside the bar of the J, and "vc" inside the dot? Maybe we also need to change the text inside the logo to match, so give a consistent look?
3 - Please can we change the lone "J" on the lower-right-front area of the jersey to "VCJ"

Thanks for all your help on this, and please note, in the new images, I have just used the closes font I could find to match the "J" logo - if you can find or create better matching lettering please do! I'm sure this lettering is not the best it can look.

    Comentario del Diseñador: Good morning, we have made the changes to the design as requested, only now when you put the VCJ on the bottom of the front it looks very repetitive because it is also on the chest...
As for the J that has Jericho VC written inside it, I have tried to use the same typography that has been used in Oxford but it looks very overloaded and it doesn't look good. From my point of view, it looks more elegant and beautiful with the typography that is already being used as it is a fine typeface inside a wider letter...
Besides that, the Jericho on the back has been given the new typeface as well.

    Thanks very much for the quick changes. I think the new "VCJ" lettering looks great, and matches the "J" logo with internal text very well.

Thanks also for your advice that the internal text in the J logo looks better when kept as a fine typeface in the wide letter. In that case, I think it would look better to have the "Oxford" text match the fine typeface inside the J logo, what do you think? I have uploaded a new image to show what I mean (but the typeface is maybe not a perfect match).

I agree also that replacing the isolated "J" with "VCJ" on the lower-front now looks repetitive. Instead, can we use the "J" logo? Or will this be too small for the internal text to print well? I have also tried to show this in the new uploaded image.

Finally, I think we would like the "VCJ oxford" to be a bit bigger, and for the "jericho" on the back also to be replaced with "VCJ oxford" but with the text running vertically. Again, I have tried ot show this in the new attached image.

Do you think these changes can work and look good together? Thanks again for all your help.

On the J logo with the typography inside there shouldn't be any problem to read it because the logo is not so small and when we produce it we will make sure that it looks good.
